Ingredients:
red ripe watermelon
Instructions:
Make little balls using a melon baller. Arrange on a sheet pan single layer without
touching and freeze them. Once frozen, keep in a freezer bag.
When ready to serve put 3 on each plate along with the main entree, or salads, or appetizers, or sandwiches.
They are a refreshing garnish everyone likes and super easy to make.
