Ingredients:
1 red tomato, medium size
Instruction:
Put tomato on cutting board, stem side up, cut into 6 to 8 wedges. Working
with one wedge, start at the bottom end, cut the skin halfway up with very
little flesh attached making a flap. Carefully bend the flap back toward the top
end; hold in place by setting the wedge on top the bent back flap if necessary
until it stays in place.
