Small Red Potatoes Side Dish
Uniquely cut Gourmet Style Served with Truffle Oil

Small Red Potatoes

Prep Time: 10 minutes


Ingredients:

2 pounds small red potatoes, 3 to 5 per person
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
freshly cracked black peppercorns to taste
1/4 cup chives,
chopped for garnish


Instruction:

Peel a narrow strip around the middle of each potato for a beautiful presentation. Bring a pan of salted water to boil, insert a steamer basket with potatoes, cover and cook until they are tender, test by poking with the tip of a sharp knife. Drain well, toss with melted butter, salt and pepper. Sauvignon; Merlot

Wine recommendation: Cabernet Sauvignon; Merlot
