Juice from one fresh lemon
1 Banana, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1 teaspoon Fresh mint, minced and long whole sprigs
Put lemon juice in a small bowl; put chopped mint in another bowl. Dip slices in lemon juice then roll the edges in minced herb. Arrange on plate overlapping each slice in a small circle to resemble a flower. Adorn with sprigs for stems to resemble a flower and serve with desserts.
