This salad on a stick idea is from the 2008 Iowa State Fair organizers. Thread the vegetables on the long wooden skewers and drizzle salad dressing down one side. Ingredients

1 radish, thinly sliced diagonally
1 carrot, peeled and thinly sliced diagonally
1 celery stalk, thinly sliced diagonally
radicchio leaves
1 cucumber, thinly sliced diagonally
Iceberg lettuce, cut into 2-inch chunks
black olives, pitted
4 long wooden skewers
Ranch Dressing,for serving

Instruction:

Thread olives, cucumber, lettuce, radicchio, celery, carrot and radish onto 4 long wooden skewers. Drizzle dressing down one side and serve.
