Ingredients:
10 large red radishes
1 tablespoon scallions, green part only, sliced diagonally
1 teaspoon White Truffle Oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instruction:
Slice 2 radishes thinly; set aside.
Cut the remaining 8 radishes into matchstick pieces; combine in a small bowl with
green scallions; sprinkle with salt and pepper; toss lightly to mix.
When ready to serve arrange thin red radish slices in a small overlapping
circle on each plate (see my photograph). Add white truffle oil at the last minute
(the salad will bleed) to the matchstick radishes in the bowl and pile high on top the
circle of sliced radishes. Serve immediately with a main entree.
