Prep Time: 10 min
Servings: 15 appetizers

Ingredients:

1 package Athens Mini Phyllo Shells(15 ct.)*
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated, (I use Bel Gioioso Aged Asiago)
1/4 cup basil pesto, (I use Gourmet Garden basil paste in a tube)**

Instruction:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a small bowl mix the Mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and basil pesto together. Take the phyllo shells from the freezer, remove the wrappings and fill each shell with the cheese mixture. Place on a baking sheet and bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven, cool 5 minutes, place them on a serving tray and serve. These are delicious. I recommend doubling the recipe, they disappear very quickly.
