Prep Time: 15 min    Total Time: 15 min

Ingredients:

1 lime
mint leaves
optional

Instruction:

Starting at the top of the citrus lime fruit use a sharp knife and cut the green rind without any white part, making 1/2-inch to 3/4-inch wide continuous unbroken strip.

Roll up the strip, skin side out, into a tight circle; turn upside down adjusting it to resemble a flower and set on a serving plate with the main entree, salad, appetizer, dessert, or wherever you would like to use it... you just made a flower!
