Ingredients:
1 teaspoon white sugar
2 drops red food coloring, or as needed
2 martini glasses
1/2 teaspoon honey
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 teaspoon peppermint candies crushed
2 Peppermint sticks
2 mint sprigs
for garnish
Instruction:
Mix sugar and red food coloring in a shallow bowl. Apply honey to martini glass rims, then
dip and roll in red colored sugar.
Add a scoop of ice cream to each glass, sprinkle with peppermint candies and colored sugar. Add
a peppermint stick for a swizzle stick,
garnish with mint sprigs and serve.
