This is my favorite way to prepare this vegetable, it pairs so well with dill weed, they are at their best when cooked to a tender crisp
state.. certainly not mushy.

Cook Time: 03 min
1 tablespoon butter
4 cups green zucchini squash, diced
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
In a medium sized saucepan over medium high heat melt butter,
saute vegetable with salt and pepper for 2 to 3 minutes or just until tender crisp.
Remove from heat, add dill weed and serve approximately 1/2 cup per person.
You could use mint for a spice, as another alternative with a different taste.
