Coleslaw Kosher Deli Style Creamy Cabbage
With Mayonnaise, Celery Seed, Horseradish, White Wine Vinegar and sugar

This is my favorite recipe, I like the horseradish addition to give it some 'zip'.

Prep Time: 10 min        Total Time: 10 min        Yield: 6


Ingredients:

3 cups green cabbage, finely shredded
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons granulated white sugar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
2 tablespoons
hot prepared horseradish

Instruction:

Place shredded cabbage in a large bowl.

In a smaller bowl blend the remaining ingredients until smooth; pour over the cabbage mixing well and serve. This is a simple and delicious excellent recipe!
