Ingredients:
3 cups fresh green cabbage, finely shredded
4 tablespoons mint leaves sliced 1/4-inch plus 4 sprigs for
garnish
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
3 teaspoons sugar
4 dashes Tabasco sauce, or according to taste
Instruction:
Put cabbage and mint in a large bowl.
In a smaller bowl whisk together lime juice, salt, sugar and Tabasco. When ready to serve, pour the dressing over the
salad and carefully blend together; garnish with mint leaves if desired and serve. Refreshing, simple
and delicious!
