Ingredients:
Croissant roll, halved horizontally
2 teaspoons butter, softened
2 slices crispy bacon
1 egg scrambled
1 tablespoon heavy cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 slice Provolone cheese
Instruction:
Cook bacon in skillet until tender crisp, transfer to paper towels. Drain
drippings from skillet leaving 1 teaspoon. Mix together in a small bowl the egg,
cream, salt and pepper; cook in skillet until done.
Spread butter on both halves of roll, add the bacon
and egg. Top with a slice of Provolone cheese.
Close up the sandwich, cut in half, serve with hash browns and fresh fruit.
