6 Asparagus spears, pencil size, 2-inches long
1 tablespoon Italian Dressing
18 cooked salad shrimp
3 teaspoons fresh lemon zest
6 Chinese Spoons
Slice each spear 1/4-inch diagonally; steam until tender crisp, drain, toss with
Italian Dressing. Place on spoons along with 3 shrimp, sprinkle with lemon zest and serve.
