Amuse Bouche Broccoli Chinese Spoon Appetizer

I created this easy little bite to delight the palate of my dinner guests using vegetable flowerets, Asiago cheese, pine nuts and truffle oil. Make everything ahead of time then serve as guests are seated to start an elegant Dinner Party... what could be easier!

Prep Time: 10 min   Total Time: 10 min   Servings: 8

Ingredients:

8 small Broccoli flowerets
Salt, to taste
1 teaspoon White Truffle Oil
1 teaspoon Asiago cheese, finely grated
1-1/2 teaspoons Pine nuts, toasted

8 Chinese Spoons

Instruction

Steam the flowerets just until tender crisp, drain. Put one on each spoon. Sprinkle with salt, truffle oil, grated Asiago  cheese, toasted pine nuts and serve.

wine Wine recommendation: Pinot Gris; Chardonnay
