Total Time:10 min
   Prep Time:10 min   Yield: 1/4 cup

Ingredients:

3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 ounce Prosciutto, diced fine, or use any type deli meat
1 garlic clove minced
1 tablespoon celery finely chopped
1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon prepared hot horseradish
1 teaspoon hot chili paste
1/4 teaspoon salt
Cayenne pepper, to taste
parsley sprigs for garnish
crackers


Preparation:

Combine the first 9 ingredients in a mini processor blending just until chunky. Transfer to a small bowl, cover and refrigerate 1/2 hour or overnight to develop the flavors.

Use a melon baller to make tiny round balls, one per person in a container, (I used Valentine candle holders). Serve with crackers; garnish with parsley sprigs.
