Ingredients:

1 English cucumber, unpeeled
Dill weed, (optional)

Instruction:

Slice cucumber crosswise 1/4-inch thick. Cut a slit halfway from the peel to the center. Using your fingers twist the cut ends in opposite directions creating a curl.... it is that easy.

Sprinkle with dill weed if desired and serve with lunches or place on individual dinner plates at dinner parties.
