1/2 cup Pistachio nuts, finely chopped
4 ounces Chevre cheese, softened
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 tablespoons Port wine
Kosher salt to taste
1 pound seedless grapes, red or green
Place nuts in a small bowl; set aside.
In a larger bowl mix cheeses with the port wine, add salt according to
your taste. Place 1 teaspoon mixture in palm of
your hand; add a grape and completely enclose it forming little balls. Roll in
chopped nuts coating thoroughly. Refrigerate until firm.
Set on a platter and serve.
