Zucchini Christmas Tree

a simple garnish for the holidays, what could
be easier...
they are colorful and unique...
make them ahead of time
put one on each plate
1 green Zucchini squash
1 red tomato or
bell pepper
Cut squash skin 3 x 1-inch rectangle for trees.
Cut tomato skin or bell pepper 1/4 x 1-inch pieces for branches. Arrange on
individual plates, serve with the main
meat entree
