Valentine Napoleon Pastry Hearts

15 ounce package frozen pie crust, thawed
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon granulated white sugar
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
Chocolate syrup for garnish
2 mint sprigs
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Roll pie crust to 1/16-inch thick. Use a cookie cutter to cut 6 hearts or any shape you
desire. Place on a parchment lined sheet
pan or Silpat and bake 4 to 8 minutes or until lightly
Whip heavy cream with granulated sugar to soft peaks.
Arrange one baked Valentine heart on each plate, add a small amount of whipped cream and sliced strawberries. Continue building
the Napoleon until each plate has 3 pastry hearts with whipped cream and strawberries
between. Dust tops with powdered sugar; garnish plates with chocolate syrup, strawberry
fans, mint sprigs and serve.
