Turkey Pepperoni Cheese Pizza

Ingredients:
12 inch Boboli
thin pizza crust
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
8 ounces Fontina cheese, coarsely grated
3 ounces Hormel Turkey Pepperoni, low fat slices 1 cup yellow or red onion,
cut into slivers
1-1/2 cups Roma tomatoes, diced
Salt and pepper, to taste
1-1/2 tablespoons dried Thyme
Instruction:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Put pizza crust on pizza pan or baking sheet. Spread olive oil on Boboli
crust for a crispy crust, add Fontina cheese, turkey pepperoni slices, slivered onion, diced tomatoes,
salt, pepper and dried Thyme. Bake for 15 minutes, remove from
oven, let rest 5 minutes. Cut into slices and serve hot with a
Caesar Salad
for lunch or a light supper.... delicious and so easy!
