Pepperoni Cheese Pizza

12" Boboli thin pizza crust
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
8 ounces Fontina cheese, coarsely grated
1/2 package Turkey Pepperoni slices 1 cup yellow or red onion, thinly
sliced
1-1/2 cups Roma tomatoes, diced
Salt and pepper, to taste
1-1/2 tablespoons dried Thyme
Remove Boboli pizza from
wrapping, place on a 14" pizza pan and spread pizza with olive oil,
this will produce a crispy
crust. Add cheese, turkey pepperoni slices, onion, Roma tomatoes,
salt, pepper and Thyme. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes, remove from
oven, cut into slices and serve hot with a Caesar Salad
for lunch or a light supper....
delicious and so easy!
