Turkey Pastrami Rollup Appetizer
with cream cheese, horseradish, garlic and lettuce

Ingredients:

2 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon hot horseradish
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 pound deli Turkey Pastrami, sliced 1/4-inch thick
curly leaf lettuce, cut into 1-inch x 3-inch
toothpicks

Instruction:

In a small bowl mix cream cheese, horseradish, garlic, salt and pepper. Cut meat slices into 1x3-inch strips, spread slices with cheese mixture, put lettuce leaf at one end slightly extended over the strip. Starting at the opposite end of the lettuce, roll up the slices, secure with toothpicks and serve.

Wine recommendation: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot
