Tomato
Wedge Garnish

wouldn't it be nice to have something
colorful to decorate a plate whether it's breakfast, lunch or
dinner....
this is just that... so easy to make,
put one on each plate for garnishes
red tomato wedges
Starting at the bottom
end cut the skin halfway up making a flap. Carefully bend the flap back toward the
top; hold in place by setting the wedge on top of the bent flap.
Serve with a
Main Entree,
Lunch
or First
Course Appetizer.
