this is a simple idea to enhance a
dessert, make them in advance then place one on each individual plate
and serve,
they are colorful and make a unique presentation,
you do not have to be skillful, all you have to do is make 4
cuts... how simple is that.

Place fruit on a cutting board hull side down. Using a utility knife,
start at the tip and make 4 equal vertical cuts halfway down on each side peeling or cutting just the outside part;
carefully fan out the thin cuts you just made, add a mint spring and serve with a dessert.
