I created this elegant delicious recipe from the fresh lake fish we caught in our boat each day during season in Oregon and cooked in our smoker. Spoon it into a martini glass for a gourmet presentation. Spread onto baguette bread slices and open a bottle of sparkling champagne... how I miss those days!
