Serve this easy potato side dish with a meat
entree it is delicious and looks great
small red potatoes, 3 to 5 per person
Butter Salt and pepper, to taste White truffle oil Chives, chopped
Peel a strip around the middle of each potato, steam until they are fork tender. Drain, add butter, salt and pepper.
Serve 3 to 5 potatoes per person, drizzle with truffle oil, chives and serve.
