Ingredients:

Juice from one fresh lemon
1 Banana, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1 teaspoon Fresh mint, finely chopped
long mint sprigs


Instruction:

Put lemon juice in a small bowl; put chopped mint in another bowl. Dip banana slices in lemon juice then roll the edges in chopped mint. Arrange on plate overlapping each slice in a small circle to resemble a flower. Adorn with mint sprigs to make the stems of a flower and serve with
desserts.

Wine recommendation: Pinot Gris; Chardonnay
