Ingredients:

1 medium sized green zucchini squash
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
dill weed
basil sprig garnish

Instruction:

Trim ends of zucchini squash; use a mandoline or potato peeler to make very thin long lengthwise slices; put onto individual plates piling as high as possible; drizzle with oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, dill weed, add a garnish and serve immediately with a main entree.

Wine recommendation: Pinot Gris; Chardonnay
