simply rolled up slices stuffed into
pitted olives with carrot and cheese strips
1 can jumbo pitted black olives, drained 3-inch Pepperoni meat slices julienne
carrot strips cut 1-1/2-inch long
julienne cheese strips cut 1-1/2-inch long, I used Pepper Jack Cheese
Cut a small slice off bottom of each olive allowing them to sit level on a plate.
Cut meat slices in half if they are too large, roll up tightly and insert into pitted olives. Put
a julienne carrot and cheese strip in the center and serve this easy tasty appetizer
with wine or beer.
