New Baby Potatoes with Truffle Oil

Ingredients:
2 pounds baby new white potatoes, scrubbed clean
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon white Truffle oil
1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
freshly cracked black peppercorns to taste
1/4 cup chives, chopped
Instruction:
In a medium saucepan, place a steamer basket and add water to a depth of
1 to 2 inches. Be sure the water does not reach the bottom of the
basket. Cover saucepan and bring to a boil over medium high heat. Place
potatoes in steamer basket. Cover and steam until the tip of a sharp knife can be easily inserted into potatoes.
Remove from heat and drain well. Add melted butter, truffle oil, salt and pepper tossing gently.
Divide potatoes among plates, sprinkle with chopped chives and serve.
