1st Course

Blue Cheese Baguette Spread
cream cheese blended with fresh chives and toasted walnuts spread on freshly baked baguette slices

2nd Course
Salad

Arugula, Pear, and Asiago cheese salad
served in a martini glass with a thin
pear slice on the rim,
add a small bread stick for a swizzle stick.. elegant!

3rd Course

Chilled Sugar Snap Pea soup
vibrantly flavorful fresh spring green soup servedwith a Parmesan Crisp

4th Course

Shrimp Cocktail
zesty cocktail sauce served in a martini glass
with shrimp tails sitting on the edge of the glass... spectacular!

in a Shiitake mushroom garlic cream sauce
drizzled with White Truffle Oil,
this is soooooo good!

stuffed with wild mushrooms and a flavorful shallot dressing
served on a tomato pedal flower garnish, a beautiful presentation!

Peppermint Ice Cream
serve in a tall stemmed glass
garnished with a maraschino cherry (stem attached)
and a fresh sprig of mint, 
such an easy dessert and so beautiful
