1st Course

Blue Cheese Baguette Spread

cream cheese blended with fresh chives and toasted walnuts spread on freshly baked baguette slices




2nd Course
Salad

Arugula, Pear, and Asiago cheese salad
arugula salad

served in a martini glass with a thin
pear slice on the rim,
add a small bread stick for a swizzle stick.. elegant!



3rd Course

stuffed with wild mushrooms and a flavorful shallot dressing
served on a tomato pedal flower garnish, a beautiful presentation!

Dessert

Peppermint Ice Cream

serve in a tall stemmed glass
garnished with a maraschino cherry (stem attached)
and a fresh sprig of mint,
such an easy dessert and so beautiful
