one of my favorite soups... fresh fish stock with shrimp flambé ... delicious and easy to make


Second Course
Baked Salmon Roulade

Baked Salmon served on a potato galette over a tomato butter sauce... yum!

Spinach Salad
spinach salad

Fresh spinach leaves, toasted pine nuts, dried cranberries tossed with a zesty dressing 

3rd Course
Mango Rose
mango rose dessert
simple easy dessert of sliced mango wrapped around ice cream, a delicious combination

First Course
Mesclun Salad
mesclun asparagus salad
with lemon vinaigrette uniquely served with asparagus spears arranged "Lincoln Log" style


Second Course
Salmon Baked
salmon cucumber cream sauce
 Baked Salmon in a cucumber cream wine sauce.. this is soooooo good!

Small New Red Potatoes
mushroom shaped potatoes
uniquely carved into mushroom shapes

Julienne of Fresh Snow Peas and Carrots
julienne carrots and pea pods
snow peas and carrots cut in julienne matchsticks with a refreshing lemon vinaigrette


3rd Course
Tiramisu
tiramisu dessert
An Italian Lady Finger dessert served with finely chopped chocolate in a martini glass
