Mango
Rose Ice Cream Dessert

Ingredients:
2 (12 x 12-inch) plastic wraps
2 martini glasses
2 Mangoes, peeled, thinly sliced for the rose
1 pint vanilla ice cream
Mint sprigs, garnish
Instruction:
Fit plastic wrap inside martini glasses draping excess over the side, fill with
ice cream making a cone shape, press in firmly, smooth the tops, fold plastic
wrap over, cover and freeze.
Place serving plates in freezer to chill.
Square off a small slice at one end of mango slices to fit squarely on the
plate. Invert the ice cream cone shapes onto chilled serving plates, remove
plastic wrap, arrange mango slices around the ice cream overlapping them
slightly making a rose; garnish with mint sprigs and serve.
