Starting at the top of the citrus fruit use a sharp knife and cut the green rind
without any white part, making 1/2-inch to 3/4-inch wide
continuous unbroken strip.
Roll the strip, skin side out, into a tight circle; turn upside down adjusting
it to resemble a flower and set on a serving plate with the main entree,
salad, appetizer, dessert, or where ever you would like to use it... you just made a
