Ice
Cream Strawberry Martini Dessert

Serves 2
1 tablespoon white sugar
a few drops red food coloring
1/4 cup orange juice
2 martini glasses
2 wooden skewer, 4-inches long
2 Strawberries with hulls
2 tablespoons Chocolate syrup
2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
2 mint sprigs
Mix together in a shallow bowl sugar and red food coloring; in another shallow
bowl pour orange juice; dip rims of martini glasses first in orange juice then roll in colored sugar to coat the edges.
Insert a skewer into the hull end of each strawberry; dip halfway into chocolate syrup; set strawberry swizzles in a tall glass and
refrigerate until ready to use.
Fill martini glasses with ice cream; add strawberry swizzle, sprig of mint and serve.
