Ice Cream Oreo Dessert

Ingredients:
2 Oreo cookies
1/2 teaspoon honey
2 martini glasses
Ice cream, any flavor you like, use a good quality
1/4 cup heavy cream, whipped
Chocolate, chopped coarsely
Almonds, sliced and toasted
2 mint sprigs
Instruction:
In a mini food processor crush cookies (can be done ahead of time), transfer to a shallow dish.
Apply honey to rims of glasses, roll in crushed cookie crumbs to coat the edges.
Fill glasses with ice cream being careful not to disturb the rims,
add the whipped topping;
garnish
with chocolate, toasted almonds, mint sprigs and serve.
