1 pat of butter
1 tablespoon Apricot jam
Fresh Strawberries
Fresh Cantaloupe, cut into chunks
Fresh Honeydew Melon, cut into chunks
2 sprigs fresh mint for garnish
Freshly brewed coffee
1 small glass fresh orange juice
Champagne flute
Place on individual serving plate, blueberry muffin, pat of butter, apricot jam, fresh fruit,
demitasse of coffee; garnish with mint sprigs and serve with fresh orange
juice and champagne flute.
