this is one of my favorite things
to put on my lunch menu for overnight guests, everyone loves
the taste of a French dip sandwich with Au Jus.
French dip is always so tasty
What is au jus?
It is a French term, Au (with the) + Jus (juice),
an absolute 'must have' dip to serve with beef sandwiches,
they go together like love and marriage
and can be prepared in advance, super easy to have ready.
Serve French dip with a refreshing fruit such as watermelon mixed
with
fresh mint leaves and cracked black pepper for a different
gourmet taste,
you could make it even more special by putting them on
individual skewers...
they are delicious and look beautiful on the plate!
