Dilled Zucchini Side Dish
are diced and lightly sauteed briefly in butter with salt, pepper and dill weed

This is my favorite way to prepare zucchini, it pairs so well with dill weed, zucchini is at its best when cooked to a tender crisp state.. certainly not soft or mushy, do not overcook.

Dilled Zucchini Side Dish

Prep Time: 10 min      Cook Time: 03 min      Servings: 8

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon butter
4 cups green zucchini squash, diced
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed

Instruction:

In a medium sized saucepan over medium high heat melt butter, saute vegetable with salt and pepper for 2 to 3 minutes or just until tender crisp. Remove from heat, add dill weed and serve approximately 1/2 cup per person. You could use mint for a spice as another alternative with a different taste.
