Cranberry Jelly Christmas Tree Garnish
recipe and photograph created by Peggy Bucholz  www.finedinings.com

Recipe Type: garnish, Christmas, cranberry

Prep Time: 10 min
Total Time:10 min
Yield: 8

Ingredients:

1 can Cranberry Jellied Sauce
Mint leaves for garnish
Instruction:

Carefully slide cranberry jelly log from can onto a cutting board on it's side. Make 1/2-inch thick crosswise slices. Lay them flat, use your favorite cookie cutter (the same size as the slice) or make a cardboard tree template as I did and cut out shapes from the slices for a special Christmas dinner. Make one for each guest and place on their dinner plates.

Wine recommendation: Pinot Gris; Chardonnay; Sauvignon Blanc
