Combine fresh crab with scallions, mayonnaise and Tabasco sauce for a lunch treat on a croissant roll.

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

2 large Croissant deli buns
Mayonnaise
6 ounces Dungeness crabmeat
salt and pepper, to taste
Tabasco sauce, to taste
2 tablespoons scallions, sliced
lettuce leaves

Instruction:

Cut croissant rolls in half horizontally, spread with mayonnaise; add crab meat, salt, pepper, Tabasco sauce and scallions, top with lettuce leaves. Close the croissant sandwich, slice in half and serve with a Caesar salad wonton basket if desired.

 

Wine recommendation: Chardonnay; Pinot Grigio; Fume Blanc; Sauvignon Blanc;
