whipped filling and ice cream together.

How To Plan a Dinner Party
Coffee
Ice Cream
with Cappuccino Cookies

Serves 1
3 gourmet thin Cappuccino coffee cookies
1/4 cup heavy cream
Coffee Ice Cream,
small scoop
Chinese spoon,
chill in the freezer
mint sprig for garnish
chocolate sauce
for garnishing the plate
coffee bean for
garnish
Carefully square off one side of cookies with a sharp knife allowing them to sit level on
a plate.
Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks and put 1 tablespoon between cookies (see my photograph).
Gently press cappuccino cookies together to spread the whipped filling slightly.
Place upright on a plate cut side down.
Put ice cream on the chilled Chinese spoon and add to the plate along with
the garnishes and serve.
