1 Cherry tomato
1/4 teaspoon coarse grain mustard
Place tomato on cutting board stem end down. Using a sharp knife cut
down the center making an 'X' without cutting completely through leaving
the base attached; you now have 4 petals.
Carefully trim away the inside membranes, rinse briefly under cold
