Cauliflower Shrimp Salad
I really prefer this vegetable raw rather
than cooked. This recipe is perfect to serve for family and friends,
it was introduced to me on a TV cooking show in the 1950's and still remains a favorite with our family for barbecues,
potlucks, luncheons and buffets. Not only does it taste good,
it looks great, the colors are beautiful together,
it is easy to make, a crunchy and refreshing salad... a definite
keeper and a great recipe,
the best raw cauliflower salad I have ever tasted!
try it and see...
