Coleslaw Salad
with Mint and Lime Juice

Serves 4
3 cups fresh green cabbage, finely shredded 4 tablespoons mint leaves sliced 1/4-inch
plus 4 sprigs for
garnish
3 tablespoons lime juice 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt 3 teaspoons sugar 4 dashes Tabasco sauce, or according to taste
Put shredded cabbage and sliced mint leaves in large bowl.
In a smaller bowl whisk together lime juice, salt, sugar and Tabasco sauce, pour
over
shredded cabbage; garnish and serve. Refreshing, simple
and delicious!
