Breadsticks with Parmesan and Prosciutto

Ingredients:
10.6 ounce tube ready made breadstick dough, in the dairy case
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
3 ounce package Proscuitto, thinly sliced
Instruction:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Separate breadstick dough strips; cut each in half lengthwise with a sharp
knife or pizza cutter, then cut strips in half horizontally.
Roll in grated Parmesan cheese.
Place them on a Silpat lined sheet pan or parchment paper. Position the oven rack
in the upper third portion of the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven to
cool. Just before serving, wrap each one with a thin slice of Prosciutto,
(Italian dry-cured ham).
