Ingredients

20 grape tomatoes
10 ounces Bocconcini (tiny Mozzarella cheese balls) or make balls from bulk cheese
20 fresh basil leaves
2 tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

long skewers or 20 toothpicks
for individual appetizers

Instruction

Toss tomatoes, balls, olive oil, salt and pepper together in a bowl, marinate in refrigerator 1 hour. Assemble by skewering tomato, basil leaf and cheese ball on a toothpick or . Drizzle with more olive oil, salt and pepper if necessary and serve.
