6 Asparagus, pencil size
1 tablespoon Italian Dressing
18 cooked salad shrimp
3 teaspoons fresh lemon zest
6 Chinese Spoons
Instruction:
Cut asparagus tips (top 2 inches). Slice diagonally in 1/4 inch pieces. Steam asparagus until tender crisp, drain, toss with
Italian Dressing, add to each spoon and top with 3 salad shrimp per spoon, sprinkle with lemon zest and serve.
