For each person you need:
1 small Broccoli floweret, steamed al dente, drained salt to taste
1/8 teaspoon White Truffle Oil 1/8 teaspoon finely grated Asiago cheese
1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon toasted Pine nuts Chinese Spoon shot glass
Wine Serve one broccoli floweret on Chinese spoon; add salt, Truffle oil, cheese and
toasted pine nuts. This can be assembled ahead.
Fill shot glass with wine and serve with the amuse bouche broccoli Chinese spoon.
Wine recommendation: Champagne; Pinot Gris
