Prep Time: 10 min   Total Time: 10 min   Servings: 8

Ingredients:

1/2 cup ice cream, any kind you like
8 fresh mint sprigs

8 small serving dishes or containers

Instruction:

Using a melon baller scoop out approximately 1 tablespoon ice cream for each container, I used candle holders. Serve with a sprig of mint for an easy special Valentine's Day.
